**Descrizione della posizione**: Cerchiamo un* Marketing Manager dinamico/a e creativo/a per guidare le strategie di comunicazione e promozione dei nostri parchi tematici e musei "Dinosauri in Carne e Ossa", presenti a Roma, San Lazzaro di Savena e Gubbio. La figura si occuperà di sviluppare e coordinare le attività di marketing online e offline, con l’obiettivo di aumentare la visibilità del brand, attrarre nuovi visitatori e valorizzare l’offerta culturale e scientifica del progetto. **Responsabilità principali**: - Sviluppo e implementazione del piano marketing annuale - Gestione e ottimizzazione dei canali social e pubblicitari (Meta Ads, Google Ads, ecc.) - Coordinamento di campagne promozionali per eventi, mostre e attività stagionali - Collaborazione con ufficio stampa, scuole, enti e operatori turistici - Supervisione del sito web e dei contenuti digitali - Analisi dei risultati e report periodici **Requisiti**: - Laurea in Marketing, Comunicazione o discipline affini o Corsi di formazione - Esperienza pregressa nel settore culturale, turistico o entertainment - Ottima conoscenza del marketing digitale e degli strumenti di analisi (Google Analytics, Meta Business, ecc.) - Creatività, autonomia e capacità di lavorare in team - Interesse per la divulgazione scientifica e i progetti educativi **Cosa offriamo**: - Collaborazione iniziale con possibilità di inserimento continuativo - Possibilità di lavorare in parte da remoto, con incontri periodici presso le sedi operative Contratto di lavoro: Part-time, Contratto con partita IVA Retribuzione: €450,00 - €800,00 al mese Ore previste: non più di 15 a settimana Benefit: - Lavoro da casa - Orario flessibile Domande di preselezione: - Sei dispost* a svolgere trasferte di uno o più giorni su territorio nazionale?
