**Role Purpose**:
Deliver Organization & Change strategy though value contribution in execution of organization wide initiatives, policies and frameworks to enable implementation of business strategy from organization perspective. Hold high standards for organization effectiveness by institutionalizing structural efficiency and job evaluation frameworks.

**Key accountabilities and decision ownership**:

- Contribute to design and deliver a healthy organization, partnering with Business and other HR teams to translate internal and external challenges into new organizational structures, operating models and processes.
- Support of organization strategy and roadmap, build on best practice and enabling Vodafone Italy overall strategy;
- Advice and support middle management in strategic organizational decisions;
- Advice and support middle management to improve productivity and efficiency in organization;
- Analysis of potential synergies within the organization and implement a performing organization system
- Actively contribute to deliver a healthy organization;
- Build change capability in other HR functions and overall organization;
- Conscience keeper for establishment and adherence to people principles in change initiatives;
- Ongoing research of best practice and world-class Org&change practices;
- Bringing new ideas to the table through white papers and research;
- Coordinate cross-functional teams during organization initiatives as appropriate and according to over project guidelines.

**Core competencies, knowledge and experience**:

- Proven experience in having successfully dealt with process and organizational analysis in large multinational contexts
- Generalist HR knowledge
- Excellent knowledge of organization effectiveness concepts;
- Ability to work in a complex environment;
- Sound planning & analysis skills;
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills;
- Creative & innovative thinking.

**Must have technical / professional qualifications**:

- Master’s Degree in Engineering/Economics or similar
- 4+ years of working experience;
- Fluency in Italian and English
