**YOU WILL**:

- Report to the GM
- Work well independently or with the team and take full ownership of our Food Offering
- **OWN GUEST COMPLAINTS AND RESOLVE THEM YOURSELF. YOU SOLVE THE PROBLEMS, YOU CREATE THE SOLUTIONS**:

- Keep up to date with local food trends
- Carry out all preparatory tasks ensuring good quality produce at all times
- Know your city, its cafes/bars and restaurants
- Operate a clean hygienic kitchen at all times.
- Ensure that you remain compliant with all local food hygiene legislation
- Know all statutory legislation and ensure H&S and Fire Safety compliance

**YOU HAVE**:

- Experience working within the food industry
- A genuine interest and enthusiasm for food and service
- A passion for trending Food concepts in Venice and elsewhere
