**Collection Merchandising Manager Bags & SLG**:

We are looking for a Collection Merchandising to join our team in Milano. S/he will be responsible for driving the Jil Sander Bag & SLG’s product offer for both gender and developing this strategic categories. S/he will report to the Merchandising Director and s/he will works closely with design and product teams.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Definition of the seasonal Collection Brief and Range Plan for all Accessories’s product categories (SLG, Bags,)
- Analysis of sales data, market and competitor trends, and qualitative market intelligence to propose strategies to optimize products and assortments
- Centralize market feedback from both retail and wholesale channels and propose appropriate action plans
- Supervise the collection development and the key milestones of the collection
- Control product costs and define finished product pricing and margins
- Edit/finalize the collection and organize delivery groups and packages
- Organize the showroom sales and retail buy campaign, including presenting the collection to retail buyers and commercial teams
- Review and analyze collection sell-in and sell-out performance by channel
- Coordinate special projects, capsule collections etc;
- Support in the development of product training materials

Job Requirements
- Experience: at least 5 years merchandising experience in shoes and bags in a similar role
- In-depth knowledge of the international men’s fashion luxury fashion market
- Strong analytical ability combined with sensitivity to luxury/fashion products
- Results-oriented with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Flexibility, autonomy and capacity to work under pressure in a high-paced environment
- Excellent sense of tact and diplomacy
- Organization, creative problem solving, continuous improvement mentality;
- Good computer proficiency with MS Office suite and experience with BI Software (knowledge of Stealth 3000 a plus)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (fluent Italian and English).
