**Junior Front Desk Specialist**
La risorsa, inserita nell’area Front Desk dell’agenzia si occuperà nel dettaglio di:
- Accoglienza e gestione delle relazioni con il pubblico e la clientela in relazione a richieste di informazioni, preventivi, rinnovi e variazioni di polizze assicurative multi-ramo;
- Collaborazione nella stipula di polizze comprensiva di raccolta ed archiviazione della documentazione utile, caricamento dati a terminale, registrazione incassi e rilascio ricevute;
- Gestione delle corrispondenze, caricamento a sistema di dati relativi a rinnovi di polizze e variazioni anagrafiche clienti;
- Cura delle attività di back office e gestione dell’archivio digitale e fisico dell’agenzia.
**La risorsa ideale è in possesso dei seguenti requisiti**:
- **Titolo di studi**: Diploma di Maturità commerciale ad indirizzo economico, Informatico o titolo equivalente;
- **Precedente esperienza professionale**: precedente anche breve esperienza in ruolo di front desk o segreteria commerciale presso società di servizi.
- **Competenze informatiche**:Utilizzo professionale pacchetto MS Office (in particolare Excel);
**Completano il profilo**:
- Team working;
- Precisione e metodicità associate ad un approccio analitico;
- Attitudine alla gestione delle relazioni con il pubblico;
- Curiosità ed apertura all’apprendimento continuo;
- Interesse specifico per la posizione ed il settore di riferimento.
**Sede di lavoro**: Milano (Zona Affori)
**Tipologia contrattuale proposta**: Full Time | Stage (extracurricolare) / Apprendistato professionalizzante
