For our Italian holding of wefox AG - wefox Italy - we are currently looking for a Claims Office Assistant, who will be responsible for managing the assigned activities autonomously and in accordance with company policies and deadlines, coordinating with the necessary counterparts (e.g. adjusters, back office, claims office, damages office, customers and dealers/ repairers).
**wefox Italy owns 100% of Mach 1 S.r.l.**:
- Mach-1: is the leading insurance agency in Italy as per automotive business with automotive manufacturers. It is specialized in the implementation and handling of insurance affinity programs for partners in the automotive, utilities and bank through innovative mobility platforms.
**The role**:
- give information on policy conditions and related coverage and deductibles and/or overdrafts
- open and manage of claims inside the management operating system
- periodical request to clients of pending documents
- identify the warranty and the type of the claims
- internal and external assignments to the loss adjuster
- upload of the documents on the management operating system
- updating customers and repairers by phone about the practice status
- give information about the type of liquidation and claims management
- give information to clients/repairers about settlement procedures and claims management
**What you bring**:
- diploma paired with at least 1 year of Experience in an equivalent role
- Good Italian skills spoken and written, fluency in English is an advantage
- good use of IT tools (PC) and relevant office tool
