**Richemont - CS Admin (20h)**

As part of the Italy market CS team, you will coordinate communications between Richemont CS repair platform and our external suppliers. Also, you will be responsible for the planning, recording, and updating of stock movements, in order to meet deadlines and ultimately deliver the best aftersales service to our clients.

- Rappresent Richemont Italy at all times, by maintaining a professional and resilient attitude
- Strong teamwork attitude
- Previous experience in Administrative role
- High sense of responsibility
- Ability to analyze and identify problems
- Confident with Microsoft Office and ideally with SAP
- Fluent in English and Italian

**What do we expect from you?**
- Rcording of incoming repairs and tracking of stock movements in and out of the repair platform
- Daily communication with external suppliers and providers of repair services
- Management of shipment of those repairs which need to be accomplished in the HQ
