**LOGISTIC AND PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST**

che seguirà supporterà in modo trasversale le attività di logística, magazzino e approvvigionamento, garantendo la corretta gestione operativa dei flussi di materiali e delle forniture necessarie per l’esecuzione dei progetti aziendali. Rappresenterà un ponte operativo tra l’ufficio acquisti e il magazzino, contribuendo all’efficienza della supply chain e all’ottimizzazione dei costi

**_ Nello specifico, si occuperà di:_**
- Garantire la regolarità, qualità e tempestività delle operazioni di ricezione, stoccaggio e spedizione dei materiali
- Gestire i carichi di magazzino in ingresso/uscita e assicurare la corretta bollettazione e tracciabilità della merce
- Sovraintendere agli inventari periodici e segnalare eventuali discrepanze
- Ottimizzare l’organizzazione dei materiali a magazzino per ridurre i costi di movimentazione e trasporto
- Coordinare la consegna del materiale presso i cantieri e le sedi operative, in collaborazione con i referenti tecnici
- Supportare l’organizzazione dei trasporti da magazzino centrale a commesse e clienti
- Supportare l’analisi dei fabbisogni e il monitoraggio degli stock per prevenire rotture di stock e ottimizzare il riordino
- Garantire l’allineamento tra sistema gestionale, documentazione contabile e logística
- Segnalare eventuali anomalie o inefficienze nei flussi di acquisto e logística

**_ Si richiede:_**
- Conoscenza dei processi logistici e delle procedure di magazzino
- Buona padronanza di software gestionali ERP (preferibile conoscenza Business Central o analoghi)
- Capacità di lettura e interpretazione della documentazione técnica/logística
- Conoscenza base di fiscalità legata a DDT e documentazione merci
- Ottima organizzazione, autonomia operativa e orientamento al problem solving
- Si offre un inserimento full time diretto in azienda, con il livello e la retribuzione definiti in base all'esperienza pregressa_
