Il contesto
- Il nostro cliente è una prestigiosa società di impiantistica specializzata nella progettazione, sviluppo e costruzione di sistemi ed impianti ad alta tecnologia, in particolare per l’industria farmaceutica e biotecnologica.Il ruolo
- La risorsa avrà sotto il perimetro delle sue responsabilità parte della progettazione meccanica e di processo, sua la responsabilità di gestire la progettazione técnica delle varie commesse e di redigere la documentazione técnica di impianti. Nello specifico la figura ricercata si occuperà di:
- Saper lavorare su progetti confrontandosi con attività che coinvolgono contemporaneamente molteplici commesse a velocità e complessità variabili.
- Saper operare anche su progetti multi-sito in differenti continenti.
- Gestione di un team di persone (6 - 10).
- Coordinare le attività e i processi di progettazione e sviluppo.
- Gestire l’ufficio tecnico e le attività progettuali garantendo la migliore esecuzione dei disegni e dei layout preliminari, definitivi ed esecutivi, i computi metrici e i dimensionamenti, la validazione delle metodologie di calcolo, la predisposizione della documentazione e dei fascicoli tecnici, ed il pieno adempimento delle commesse secondo i termini contrattuali.
- Fornire eventuale supporto alla fase di preventivazione, in termini tecnici ed economici.
- Modificare prodotti e progetti esistenti sulla base delle richieste dei clienti.
- Definire/ridefinire i parametri e le condizioni operative, al fine di ottimizzare i processi di progettazione.

I requisiti- Preferibilmente Laurea in ingegneria meccanica o automazione.
- Background tecnico nel settore impianti per l’industria di processo, meglio se dal trattamento acque.
- Passata esperienza in gestione di team di ingegneria complessi.
- Forti doti di Leadership e capacità di legittimarsi.
- Comprovata esperienza su design to value, modular engineering ed organizzazione archivi/librerie progetti ingegneria,
- Conoscenza técnica delle piattaforme di sviluppo AUTODESK (AUTOCAD, INVENTOR, PLANT3D).
- Capacità di muoversi in contesti in forte trasformazione.
- Abilità negoziali interne ed esterne.
- Leadership Tecnica.
- Attitudine alla programmazione del lavoro ed al procedere con metodo e rigore
