You support our team as

Operations Director Seals (f/m/d)

**Responsibilities**:
Responsible management of our production site in Arcugnano (VI)

Responsibility for personnel, equipment, processes and for a coordinated management of the department

Ensure a productive and flexible manufacturing process to best meet cost, schedule and quality targets

Continuous improvement of the production processes

Create a production strategy/roadmap in alignment with expected volume growth

Setting annual targets for the subordinate lines

Personnel management of approx. 60 employees at the site

Budget responsibility and participation in investment planning

Close cooperation with the interface departments Engineering, HSE, Quality Management, Purchasing, Finance & Controlling and Sales

Collaboration in cross-departmental project teams

Application and sustainable implementation of LEAN methods

Regular exchange with the main plant in Eurasburg

**Qualifications**:
Completed technical studies

Several years of professional experience in the production environment, including very good knowledge of production engineering and organization

Experience in employee management, motivation and development

Lean training (at least Green Belt)

Sound knowledge of business administration

Experience in change management

Distinctive, entrepreneurial personality with creative drive

Strong customer orientation and flexibility in dealing with customers

High awareness of quality and occupational safety

Ability to work in a team and solution-oriented

Very good communication skills, respectful and appreciative interaction with colleagues and superiors

Knowledge of English CEF B2/C1
