Kia Italia s.r.l., National Sales Company of Kia Corporation, offers an **internship** in its Business Product Management department.
The **Fleet Used Cars Trainee** will work within the Sales Fleet Used Car team, reporting to the Fleet Used Cars Senior Manager. S/he will be involved in all the activities linked to Used Car Remarketing and Used Car program. In particular, s/he will support the team in the Remarketing activities: planning, defleeting, sales processes, reporting, and customers’ requests. Moreover, s/he will support the team for the deployment of the Stock Locator by interfacing with Dealers, suppliers and European HQ.
The **Fleet Used Cars** Trainee will support the team in the following activities:
- Remarketing and Fleet database Database daily maintenance and update;
- Weekly forecast Used car and Company Car reporting;
- Monthly Used car reporting (sales, stock, warranties, auction, turnover, etc);
Quarterly used car prices approval and monthly results approval;
- Manage interface with suppliers of Remarketing activities;
- Manage used car order approval, flows in Kia and suppliers systems, invoice, logistic, documents management of all Used Car sales to dealers/traders/private/auctions, in order to reach monthly used car sales target;
- Monthly employee used car list publication and request registration and management;
- Remarketing suppliers monthly invoices payment;
- Used Car Program Stock Locator project implementation on the network, documents collection, communication to dealers, KEU and suppliers request management;
- Collect dealers and customers requests and claims and find all information for problems solutions and requests answers;
- Interface and support the Company car and Used car Specialists inside the Team for all issues and requests linked to remarketing activities.
The paid internship will last three months, renewable for another three. Meal vouchers are also provided.
**Education**:
Bachelor degree in economics or equivalent
**Skills**:
Italian: mother tounge or fluent
English: fluent, spoken and written
Good numbers literacy and understanding
MS-office proficient
