If you share our determination to drive the transition to a low-carbon future, then this could be the job for you. We are currently seeking a **Consulting Project Manager **, reporting directly to **Genesis Head of Country **to join our **Strategic Advisory **team based in **Italy **, **Rome **.

**About the Job**

The Business Consulting Project Manager will work closely with the Early Advisory team (in country and globally) to develop client relationships, win chargeable business consulting work and lead the execution of client facing consulting projects.

As an experienced Management Consultant, the Business Consulting Manager will take a leading role in training and coaching more junior team members, helping them develop their consulting skills and leading them to successfully perform on projects.

**Main Accountabilities**:

- Lead selected Business Development efforts
- Lead project execution
- Project team leadership
- Mentor junior Business Consulting members
- Lead content development efforts (e.g. market facing articles)

**About You**

We’d love to hear from you if your profile meets the following requirements:

- Engineering, STEM
- Energy or process industry experience (downstream & midstream knowledge)
- Ability to network and develop business
- Leading projects (3+ years)
- Ability to drive tendering
- Confident communicator

Qualifications: Engineering Master Degree

Languages: English Fluent
