**Hair Care Sales Operations Specialist Italy**:
JOB MISSION
The mission is to take care of customers satisfaction so to favor a long-lasting and sustainable relationship with them, to provide clear and fast information and answers and to allow sales reps to maximize commercial effectiveness.
DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support to development and management of BtoB communication through the future implementation of a dedicated software and relative support for programming specific chat-bots designed to manage the first contact with customers.Construction of the communication flow from bots to operators, up to the monitoring of solutions and relative customer satisfaction.
Guarantee the proper and prompt support for clients and distributors
Ensure a correct and quick orders processing
Claim managing
Check clients contracts conditions and progress
Interface with other departments (Trade Marketing, Education, Invoicing, Credit Management, Logistic and Demand Planning departments)
PERSON SPECIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS
Have strong interpersonal communication competences in order to build strong relations with partners and customers;
Have a good knowledge of customer service principles and practices;
Have a high level of independence and proactive mindset;
Be able to manage a range of simultaneous activities in a dynamic environment, working with deadlines and on multiple tasks;
Be a great team-player;
Experience of use and in-depth knowledge of the operation of BtoB communication management software;
Have a natural interest in global culture and lifestyle a strong plus.
