Il nostro partner in questo progetto di ricerca è un gruppo aziendale multinazionale del settore Automotive (Servizi).

In ottica di ulteriore strutturazione dell'organico ricerco e seleziono un/una International Tax Manager per la sede di Roma.

The International Tax Manager is based in Rome HQ together with the European Tax Director.

**Responsibilities**:

- Is responsible, collaborating with the European Tax Director and the European Tax Team, of the fiscal regulations analysis in force in Italy and in other European countries (currently, Spain and France);
- Is responsible to ensure the direct (CIT, Local Tax, WHT) tax filing obligations and collaborates with the European VAT Team on indirect tax filings obligations;
- Is responsible to prepare the international tax reports on periodical basis also collaborating with US Tax Team, including the tax cash forecast;
- Is responsible of the communication of the tax cash payments to the European Treasury Team;
- Supports the General Accounting in the proper bookkeeping of tax accounting items;
- Supports in the accurate identification, classification, description and evaluation of intercompany flows at international level;
- Shall assist with and review the documentation of transfer pricing of the European subsidiaries in his/her jurisdictions;
- Supports the European Tax Manager in the development of new procedures to optimize the work of the Tax Team;
- Assists with local tax audits, tax litigations and tax negotiations with local tax authorities;
- Reviews company agreements when required, and supports Legal departments in the drafting of the intercompany agreements;
- Act as a business partner for all the relevant departments, providing assistance when required.

**Competenze ed esperienza**:
**Profile**:

- University degree in Economics or Tax Law postgraduate degree;
- Certified Chartered Accountant/ Public Accountant license preferred;
- 8-10 years of experience in primary tax law firms and / or multinational companies. Experience in a global/EMEA tax department of a multinational company will be considered as a plus;
- Deep knowledge of the Italian accounting standards, Italian tax regulations (direct/indirect taxation/transfer pricing) and good knowledge of the European regulations and some EMEA jurisdictions;
- US GAAP knowledge will be considered as a plus;
- Excellent interpersonal skills, teamworking attitude, analysis, problem solving and flexibility skills
- Proficient with MS Office Suite, especially Excel
- Fluency in English and in Italian
- Travelling international might be required
- Available to work remotely

**Completa l'offerta**:
Si offre contratto a tempo indeterminato con RAL 60.000/65.000€.

Orario di lavoro: full time.

E' prevista flessibilità oraria e Smart working fino a tre giorni/ settimana.
