**Vivavoce** is seeking highly qualified psychologists and speech therapists to join our team as part of our **multidisciplinary clinical and research center focused on stuttering rehabilitation**. Our team includes neurologists, neuropsychiatrists, psychiatrists, psychologists, and psychotherapists.

This recruitment is part of our **international expansion project**, specifically targeting the Spanish market. Our goal is to bring the **MRM-S method** and the clinical-technological innovation developed by Vivavoce beyond Italian borders, while maintaining high quality standards and therapeutic continuity.

We provide an **in-depth training program**, giving you access to the specific methods and tools used in the treatment process.

The position requires a **full-time commitment (40 hours/week)**.

**WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:

- Licensed psychologist or speech therapist
- Native Spanish speaker
- Based in Milan or nearby areas
- Immediate availability for permanent integration into the clinical team
- Willingness to travel periodically to Spain
- Availability to attend a 2-3 month initial training program at our Milan headquarters (board and lodging expenses covered by Vivavoce)
- Freelance status (or willingness to register with VAT)

**ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Independently manage individual and group rehabilitation sessions with patients
- Assess shared rehabilitation goals for each patient and maintain clinical documentation
- Manage the therapeutic relationship with families and any other professionals involved in the care of minors
- Support networking and public relations activities aimed at promoting the MRM-S method within the clinical and scientific community
- Deliver MRM-S-based rehabilitation treatment in **Spain**, as part of Vivavoce’s international expansion
- Use proprietary technology developed by Vivavoce

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Valid professional license in Psychology or Speech Therapy
- Passion for research and a deep understanding of stuttering’s underlying theories
- Curiosity and motivation to learn the MRM-S scientific method for rehabilitation
- Proactive attitude and enthusiasm for exploring stuttering from scientific, clinical, and technological perspectives
- Strong organizational skills and autonomy in managing patients and collaborators
- Excellent leadership and time management abilities
- Flexibility and strong problem-solving skills
- Accuracy in evaluating therapeutic goals in collaboration with patients and colleagues
- Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
