We are looking for a Project Manager in our (REP) Refinery & Petrochemicals and (PGP) Pipeline & Gas Processing segment. As a Project Manager you’ll be responsible for Projects delivery, quality and profit & loss accountability. You'll also be in charge of customer satisfaction through management of Projects related activities and resources.

As a Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for:

- Managing overall execution of the Projects assigned with responsibility of the revenues and contribution margin delivered.
- Directly coordinating Project Team members and oversees the overall Projects activities.
- Leading communication with customers, managing project deliverable and discuss/review outcomes with Executive Team Leaders.
- Operating according to performance indicators, such as Timeliness of Project Launch and quality of Project Report.
- Presenting projects plans, technical roadmaps, risks and recommendations to senior business leaders (EB and SEB)

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a Bachelor's degree with proven experience in Project Management and good experience in Project Leadership.
- Have excellent oral and written communication skills, be fluent both in Italian and in English and master presentations at executive level.
- Demonstrate excellent organizational and project management skills in a fast paced and global-matrix environment.
- Have an entrepreneurial attitude and display solid behavioural, influencing and leadership skills.
- Be able to demonstrate expertise and experience in project management principals and processes in line with main international PM certification (such as PMI, IPMA, Prince2).
- Be a self-starter, proactively taking the initiative to framing and solving problems.
- Be able to travel internationally to visit customers or Baker Hughes locations
