We are looking for a Head of Legal to join our team in Milan.
She/he will be responsible to enable the company to achieve its objectives by planning, organizing, managing and providing all legal advice and support, using your knowledge of the relevant legal, regulatory, compliance and risk landscape.

Main Responsabilities:

- supporting corporate functions on all legal issues providing general and full-range advice to the business on legal matters and risks associated;
- leading the legal stream of various projects impacting business and liaise with senior management, business functions, consultants, outside counsels, and other parties as appropriate;
- preparing, drafting, and analyzing contracts and contract terms related to a variety of customer, vendor, communication, IP, commercial, financial, and operational matters to protect Company’s assets and business interests;
- managing and coordinating, in compliance with Group policies, all issues concerning Company’s compliance with Italian and foreign laws and regulations, focusing on privacy-related matters;
- managing, in compliance with Group policies, the Company’s corporate affairs (by preparing related agendas, documents and acting as secretary at the Board of Directors and Shareholders’ meetings) and relevant book-keeping;
- coordinating, in compliance with Group policies, the corporate affairs of Company’s foreign subsidiaries, monitoring and updating the relevant governance system (including delegation of powers and management of all related obligations in compliance with the applicable regulations, Group policies and procedures);
- delivering trainings on legal topics relevant to the business, and advise business on legal trends and developments;
- managing the legal function’s yearly budget;
- ensuring the correct keeping and adequacy of the legal archive.

Job Requirements
- Degree in Law;
- Admission to the Italian Bar is a preferential requirement;
- Excellent knowledge of English (a second language - other than Italian - would be strongly appreciated);
- Previous experience of at least 3-4 years in similar leading position within structured luxury, fashion and/or design company or of at least 5 years in primary law firms working closely with leading players from

such industries;
- Excellent knowledge of civil, IP and corporate law;
- Team working, coupled with high communication skills and proactivity;
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage information and multiple priorities, with a focus on managing deadlines efficiently;
- Attention to detail as well as to technological innovation and principles aimed at pursuing sustainable business development;
- A results-driven problem solver
