Il/La Group Director of Sales & Marketing avrà la responsabilità di guidare le strategie commerciali e di comunicazione dei resort Lefay, in coerenza con gli obiettivi di budget e con il posizionamento del brand.

La figura supervisionerà i reparti Sales, Communication e Central Reservation Office, collaborando strettamente con il Director of Revenue per la definizione dei target di ricavo e con la Direzione Generale per le attività istituzionali.

Il ruolo prevede il presidio e lo sviluppo dei mercati internazionali, la gestione delle relazioni con i principali partner commerciali, il coordinamento delle attività promozionali e digitali e la rappresentanza del brand in eventi e fiere di settore.

**CARATTERISTICHE**

Laurea in Economia, Marketing, Hospitality Management o percorsi equivalenti.
Esperienza consolidata (almeno 5 anni) in ruoli di Sales & Marketing in hotel 5* lusso, preferibilmente in realtà multi-property o cluster.
Competenze avanzate in definizione di strategie commerciali, gestione di team e budgeting.
Ottima conoscenza del mercato luxury leisure e MICE, con un solido network di contatti internazionali.
Padronanza dei principali strumenti digitali e canali di distribuzione.
Capacità di analisi e orientamento al risultato.
Eccellenti doti relazionali e di leadership.
Lingua inglese fluente; gradita la conoscenza di una seconda lingua straniera (tedesco o francese).
Disponibilità a viaggiare.
