For leading multinational Company, we are looking for a energetic and strategic team player, that will be in charge of:
**IT SOURCING & CONTRACT EXPERT**
Involved in a big Technological tranformationg process, will responsible for managing vendors and contract management topics, once the provider is selected.
He / She interacts regularly with vendors and internal stakeholders across all organizational levels and consults projects, enables decisions, manages contracts, and ensures contract compliance monitoring contractual deliverables and obligations, as well as contractual change requests.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Support development and manage, coordinate global sourcing processes and practices with internal stakeholders
- Setting up of a single source of Information for the supplier Master Service Agreements, Appendices, all Statements of Work, assuring Version Controlling across the Contract Life Cycles
- Administrate supplier contracts and initiate changes, modifications, and extensions to existing contracts
- Working collaboratively with Procurement and Legal
- Contribute to the standardized systems and controls for procurement including RFI, RFP and RFQ documentation, work authorization, purchase and change order systems, and supplier/contractor eligibility criteria
- Responsible for monitoring the execution of the governance framework across strategic, tactical, and operational meetings and reviewing the governance effectiveness
- Conducting annual supplier audits
- Review and administration of IT and IT outsourcing contracts, including change management of existing contracts, finalization of change requests, transfer agreements and contractual amendments in close collaboration with Legal and IT Security
- Defining, managing overseeing of the contractual deliverables & obligations support, coordinate and resolve contractual issues, including failure to meet contractual D&Os defining Key Performance Indicators to measure the overall supplier contract compliancy and performance
- Develop and manage relationships with suppliers' contract managers and assist in contract negotiations
- Support in development, planning, organization, and implementation of IT contracting and IT sourcing strategies and program to increase operational efficiency and profitability
- Contribute to global projects and initiatives related to contracting and IT sourcing
**Key requirements**:
- 5-7 years IT sourcing and supplier management as well as managing external contracts
- Degree in economics, business administration, Information Technology or other academic studies preferably with reference to contracting and purchasing activities
- Negotiation experience with the IT suppliers and service providers required
- Qualifications in project management, data analysis, and contract law preferred
- Excellent communication skills and solution-oriented
- Excellent knowledge of English in speaking and writing
