Our Industrial Energy Technology/Finance team is responsible for building technical accounting compliance, financial and operational internal controls, process simplification, and operational excellence to deliver accurate actual financial reporting and analysis.

As FP&A Base Cost Specialist you will planning, analysis and reporting activities for Income Statement. You will be a key player of the FP&A activities (for the quarterly pacing and planning cycles), as well as in specific projects.

As an FP&A Base Cost Specialist, you will be responsible for:

- Consolidating and analyzing of financial performance data across the business
- Leading quarterly pacing activities (QMI, external pulse, Planning cycles); Communicate current quarter estimate and monthly results to the Senior Management.
- Preparing analysis used for monitoring, forecasting, reporting of base costs and execute on deadlines with the business and BKR FP&A HQ
- Leading quarterly closing processes and the reporting of internal and external financial metrics: collaborate with the respective business partners.
- Managing the business cycles - budget, forecasts at each level of the organization.
- Analyzing the performance and propose action plans to improve profitability and cash generation
- Building solid and effective relationships with FP&A teams and the key functional leaders across the business to optimize financial performance.
- Working closely with FP&A to support the finance systems transformation and drive utilization of digitized solutions for planning & forecasting
- Taking a responsibility in various projects, working with business partners to design and execute business and accounting solutions during the transition.

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have successfully completed your studies in Business Administration or Accounting/Finance
- Have proven experience in Finance, FP&A Operations or similar roles.
- Have good knowledge of general accepted accounting principles and accounting practices
- Be proficient SAP, Hyperion Oracle, and Ms. Office User
- Be a good team player and display good communication skills
- Have excellent English skills in oral and written
- Have interpersonal and leadership skills and deep problem solving skills.
