B2B Sales Executive play a crucial role in identifying opportunities for growth, fostering collaboration, and delivering value to B2B clients through tailored solutions and exceptional service.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Business Development**: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the B2B market segment, including prospecting, lead generation, and cold outreach to potential clients or partners.
- **Negotiation and Contract Management**: Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with B2B clients or partners, ensuring alignment with company policies, profitability goals, and mutual benefits for all parties involved.
- **Market Analysis and Research**: Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry trend analysis to identify market gaps, opportunities, and emerging needs within the B2B sector, and provide insights to inform strategic decision-making.
- **Sales Support and Enablement**: Provide sales support by preparing presentations, proposals, and other sales materials tailored to B2B clients, and facilitate product demonstrations, trials, or pilot programs to showcase value and drive conversions.
- **Industry Events and Networking**: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, trade shows, and networking forums to promote brand awareness, establish relationships with key stakeholders, and generate leads or partnerships within the B2B sector.
- **Franchise**: Selling a franchise of our company is an exciting opportunity to expand our business presence while minimizing risks for new partners.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, marketing analytics.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles, relationship building, and solution selling techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (fluent in English), knowledge of Russian is welcome.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
