**Atlas Copco BLM** is looking for a **Quality Control Manager**. **Mission**: Ensure our products meet customer quality requirements and expected performances. Develop a professional team, processes, and tools to drive activities to continuously improve our quality key performance indicators aligned with company targets. **Report to**: SHEQ Manager **Main duties**: - Ensure that all production processes are adequately covered by applicable quality control plans, internally or by supplier and define methods of control and testing with particular attention to the management of electronic boards. Participate or even lead assembly or subassembly outsourcing process for mechatronic product. - Participate in the process of supplier selection and supplier audit. - Collaborate with R&D, Purchasing, Operations and Industrialization department to ensure proper quality system in place to guarantee manufacturing process control and traceability, internally and at supplier. - Report on activities and keep the relevant KPI’s updated, create quality summary dashboards for monitor internal production and external electronic supplier. **Skill required**: Fluent in the English language, both spoken and written - Ideally possessing Degree or the equivalent in Electronic Engineering - Must have quality experience (2/3 years) covering the majority of key processes - Experience supporting a manufacturing operations factory - A strong personality who is self-motivated able to work within project teams - Able to communicate effectively up and down and within teams and to all levels internally and with suppliers. **General duties**: - Activate and maintain the conditions for an effective and timely sharing of information in its area and in other business areas, in order to enable integrated operations, consistent and aimed at customer satisfaction (internal and external). - Observe safety rules for its own security both within and outside the factory. - Observe the principles of "5S" (organization of the workplace). - Collaborate with other teams to achieve business goals. - Willingness to do occasionally national and international travels **City** Paderno Dugnano, Milan (Italy) **Passionate people create exceptional things** Did you know that the solutions we develop are a key part of most industries?
