As **Arrow Global Components **(AGC), a part of Arrow Electronics, we are a leader in distribution and value-added services related to electronic components. As the **Junior Internal Account Manager** to join our Business Support Team in Padova, you will be focused on identifying, nurturing, qualifying, and generating sales opportunities to drive pipeline growth for Arrow Global Components.

**What will you be doing at Arrow AGC?**
- Responsible for developing, executing, and securing running biz by the customers.
- Develop commercial strategy in conjunction with the Account Managers and Regional Sales Manager.
- Discover new potential customer and expanding active customer base
- Proactive approach to creating potential offerings and supporting customers.
- Deep understanding of customer and supplier portfolios
- Diligent follow-up on sales cases and orders through to execution
- Team player mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across Italy and beyond.
**What we are looking for**:
- Experience in a similar position, internal sales, or customer service.
- Technical or commercial education.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and develop strategic business relationships.
- Effective communication with people at all levels.
- Fluency in English and Italian.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Excel)
- Working under pressure, understanding how details affect the big picture, and showing a positive can-do attitude.
