For our **Line Producing Team** based in Brugherio (MB) we are currently looking for a talented **Associate Producer** focused on **Social Community Management**, to support some new exciting projects at QVC Italy. In this role you will be mainly responsible for driving social media interaction between QVC and our audience during live events through moderation of our online shopping community conversations. You will have the chance to to drive the efficient delivery of key information to our customers across our live platforms

Working **on shifts (Monday to Sunday) **you will also be working hands on in our studios to prepare, distribute and communicate relevant information to the team and you will be the primary ‘go-to’ person between the Contact Centre and the gallery.

**Some of your main responsibilities in more details will be**:

- To research and collate relevant support material, stocks, sales and selling strategy information and to deliver this preparation work to the TV Production team
- To engage and moderate our online communities in relevant conversations throughout the live shows, consistent with QVC values
- To support the Producer by ensuring the relevant support material is available for play out
- To ensure relevant scripts are activated/closed in a timely manner
- To act as the link between the Contact Centre and the Production team
- To seek out product, size, colour and other relevant information to the live show, that will help increase sales opportunities and reduce excessive talk time in the contact centre
- To ensure that shift hand over notes are completed and passed on by the end of the shift
- In the absence of Line Producer Manager to ensure adequate levels of staff are available in order to maintain output
- Periodically review your own work to ensure your own standards continue to meet or exceed the expected level of performance
- Regular updates with Social Media teams in order to be aligned with our current social media strategy
- Production requirements determined in accordance with the sales strategy, programme schedule, social media schedule and shift roster
- Regular communication with the Producers, TD, SSP with regard to specific projects/duties
- Supports Line Producers and social engagement in live and non-live shows

**Knowledge, Skills & Experience**
- A qualification in Media or Communications is preferable
- Excellent working knowledge of Social Media Platforms and TV Production
- Advanced written and verbal English literacy
- Excellent communication skills and adept at building real relationships
- Natural ability to influence others to achieve a common goal
- An understanding of how commercial retailers function
- Due to the fast-paced nature of QVC, the individual must demonstrate awareness of the competition and agility in adopting new production techniques
- Excellent computer literacy with Microsoft Office, Outlook, major Web Browsers and the ability to become familiar with any new information and social media systems the company introduces
- Ability to work in a pressurised environment
