**About the Role**: As Process transformation expert, your mission will be to redesign and automate processes, while increasing performances and decreasing costs. You will show confidence conducting process re-engineer activities (from initial business assessment analyzing most relevant KPIs to process re-design) working with the process owner and most relevant process stakeholder. You will also evaluate and guide the adoption of Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to drive innovation following an Agile way of working, cooperating with technical team. Strongly results-oriented, problem-solver and able of lateral thinking, you will take on new challenges with innovation, speed and simplicity **Key Responsibilities**: - Work with different teams to get relevant insights about existing processes; - Analyze processes from different points of view in order to identify optimization opportunities and evaluate automation feasibility; - Prioritize different processes based on cost/benefit analysis in order to maximize the return on investments; - Redesign processes and document them; - Create detailed briefs and work with IT colleagues and external providers to build best in class automations; - Respect the quality standards and reach relevant KPI and operational targets; **Key Skills**: - Experience in working in international, distributed team - Experience in processes assessment and design - Knowledge of at least one RPA platform like UiPath, BluePrism, Automation Anywhere is a plus - Business Cases definition - Passion for automation, digital and innovation; - "Customer Obsessed" approach with a personal passion for processes Team player, analytics mindset, highly flexible; - Fluent both in Italian and English
