**Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026** is the Organizing Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games of 2026, carrying on the organization, promotion and communication of the sporting and cultural events related to the next Winter Games.

Milano Cortina 2026 will be the first large-scale Olympics in history: 13 Olympic venues, 21 provincial capitals, 2,300 municipalities directly involved, over an area of 22,000 square km.

The Milano Cortina 2026 Organizing Committee has been established in 2019 with the purpose of organizing Olympic and Paralympic Games in compliance with the Host City Contract signed jointly by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the two cities of Milano and Cortina and the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI).

Furthermore, the Italian Paralympic Committee, the Regions of Lombardy and Veneto, as well as the Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano/Bozen are all partners in this major national-level project, with the support of the Italian Government.

**Position**:
The Milano Cortina 2026 Branding system is very complex and rich.

The brand assets that are part of the project are protected by copyright and any external entity entitled to use them needs to ask for prior approval.

The Marks approval Specialist will work in the Branding team and support the entire marks approval process interacting with the Marketing, Sponsorship & Licensing departments as well as Legal & Brand Protection.
- Arrange approvals of the use of the brand assets and trademarks (emblems, sub-brands, mascots, pictograms, look of the games,...) by sponsors and licensees;
- Support the institutions and territories hosting the Games by providing them with specific tools to obtain approval for the use of brand assets and trademarks;
- Interact when needed with the Legal & Marketing departments to define solution for specific approvals;
- Support the graphic services area for the development of effective brand guidelines;
- Work with the Licensees in the approval process of the official merchandising products.

**Requirements**:

- MSc Degree in Marketing or Communication or a related field;
- 2+ in a similar context supporting the development of branding projects;
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
- Experience leading client meetings;
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
