BauWatch Group is the European leader in temporary security solutions and has grown rapidly over the past 10 years with a current year-over-year growth around 30% p.a. As Europe’s #1 in the industry, we provide monitored surveillance-services to customers primarily in the construction and civil engineering industry by combining our ruggedised monitoring towers, our own in-house software and our leading end-to-end operations (incl. service and logistics) with remote monitoring to protect our customers’ assets.

BauWatch has disrupted the market for temporary security. Backed by a leading purpose-driven investor and with teams already present in the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, France and the UK, we’re now expanding to Italy and four more countries.

We are looking for a **Managing Director Italy based in Milan**

**The Role**

We’re looking for highly entrepreneurial, commercially-minded leaders, who can be the first on the ground, take ownership for starting up our new local country operations and work with our management team to rapidly become a local market leader. This is an exciting opportunity where you can build your own organization in a highly-dynamic group environment with a rapid-growth culture.

**Responsibilities** include, but are not limited to:

- Establishing the BauWatch brand and driving sales growth (very hands-on in first year)
- Full P&L ownership and full accountability for end-to-end operations of the country entity
- Identification, hiring and continuous development of talents in your country organization, incl. continuous organizational development
- Provide the structure and discipline needed to drive sustainable growth in an continuous improvement approach along the entire value chain
- Finalize the initial setup of our new country operations in Spain, supported by the group and experienced, international specialists to make sure you succeed.

**Who are we looking for**:

- You are a relentless, data-driven and charismatic team-player with an entrepreneurial mindset, who wants to take full ownership of building a customer-centric organization
- You are hands-on and you enjoy developing organizations, structures and processes
- You are an experienced team leader with a track-record of empowering teams, fostering accountability, and developing future leaders in your team
- P&L /cash-flow management related finance know-how; previous P&L responsibility is a plus
- Previous entrepreneurial and/or extensive sales experience is a plus
- Fluency in Spanish and English; Catalan is a plus
