**What We’re Looking For**

We offer a seasonal opportunity from April to October as a Sales Assistant in one of the most exclusive locations in Taormina, where the beauty of Sicily meets the timeless elegance of Italian luxury. We are seeking proactive individuals with a strong customer-oriented attitude, ready to bring their personality to the job and create unforgettable experiences. If you have a talent for building elegant and charming relationships with an exclusive clientele, this role is for you

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the sales team in all daily activities.
- Greet and assist customers with attention and professionalism.
- Handle client correspondence, responding promptly to inquiries and special requests.
- Analyze customer needs to provide personalized product recommendations.
- Manage returns, exchanges, and service issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Stay up-to-date with trends and high-end products to be always in tune with the fashion world.
- Help maintain an impeccable store environment.
- Actively collaborate with the team to achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Assist in visual merchandising and store displays.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in retail or luxury sectors.
- Previous sales experience, preferably in fashion or luxury.
- Excellent customer service skills with a strong problem-solving ability.
- B2-level English required (additional languages will be considered a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for fashion and luxury, with a keen eye for emerging trends.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
