Product Marketing Manager

**Reporting directly to the Head of Product Marketing** (who reports to the VP of Product), you will play a key role in Agicap’s journey to exceed **€100M in ARR** over the coming years.

You will oversee a **multi-country scope** (France, DACH, Italy, UK, Spain).
- **️ Main Missions**:

- Positioning & Messaging:
- Define **clear and differentiated product positioning**.- Ensure **message consistency** across all channels (marketing, sales, etc.).
- Go-to-Market Strategy:
- Design, structure, and execute **go-to-market strategies**.- Work closely with local teams to ensure **successful product launches**.
- Performance Tracking:
- Set **equipment and activation goals** for key products.- Monitor performance and recommend **corrective actions** in case of deviations.

**Key Enablers for Success**:
- ** Market Insight**: Develop a deep understanding of market trends and the competitive landscape.
- ** Product Influence**: Collaborate with Product Managers to challenge and influence the roadmap using feedback from Sales and Customer Success.
- ** Stakeholder Alignment**: Align key stakeholders on strategic goals and performance indicators.

**Additional Responsibilities**:
- ** Sales & CS Enablement**: Equip the teams with relevant materials (pitch decks, battle cards, etc.).
- ** Lead Optimization**: Work with Marketing and Sales teams to **optimize lead acquisition and conversion**, suggesting impactful content marketing initiatives.
- ** Pricing Strategy**: Contribute to defining relevant pricing models based on market insights and business goals.

**What we are looking for**:
- **Hard Skills**- 5+ years of experience in a fast-growing scale-up environment- Strong expertise in **positioning & messaging**, with ability to craft compelling value propositions- Solid **project management** skills: planning, execution, stakeholder alignment- Proficiency in **data analysis & modeling** to extract insights and forecast performance- Excellent written and verbal **communication skills**, with high attention to detail- Good understanding of **Finance**; advanced knowledge is a plus- Familiarity with AI tools for Product Marketing use cases would be a plus
