HSPI SpA is a management consulting company founded in 2003 through the initiative of a small group of professionals with significant experience in leading multinational consulting companies. HSPI, thanks to the strong skills of the professionals who set it up, has always characterized for an operating model capable of integrating distinctive Management Consulting skills with specialist knowledge in the ICT and Digital Innovation fields.
Since October 2020 HSPI is part of TXT Group and offer an extended range of professional services in Business Consulting, IT Strategy and Governance and Digital Innovation.
**Junior IT Consultant**:
HSPI, a management consulting company and part of the TXT Group, for expansion and strengthening of the staff of the Bologna office is looking for two recent graduates or juniors with a passion for technology to join the group with the role of Junior IT Consultant.
The person in search will be initially inserted at primary customers in the Italian scene, with tasks of reporting and project management analysis and software development, through the support of senior consultants.
**Main responsibilities**:
Checking the status of a project's activities, monitoring project milestones and managing critical issues;
Producing and communicating progress reports to contact persons and project team;
Project reporting and production of project reports;
Active contribution in meetings with key stakeholders.
**Required**:
Recent Bachelor's degree in Management Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline;
Knowledge of software lifecycle;
Good knowledge of both spoken and written English;
Organizational autonomy and goal orientation;
Ability to manage relationships with different types of stakeholders.
It is preferable to have gained experience in large companies, preferably in consulting firms.
