This is a full time position from our beautiful offices in Dubai, Paris or Lisbon or remotely anywhere in the world.

**YOUR MISSION**:
As our Learning Experience Designer, you’ll bridge **psychology, storytelling, and product design** to craft experiences that make people say:
“This didn’t just teach me, it _changed me._”

Each cycle you lead will integrate:

- **Protocols** : guided frameworks that rewire perception, emotion, and action.
- **Loops** : adaptive, AI-powered coaching cycles that evolve with each user.
- **Personalization** : experiences that feel uniquely theirs, every time.
- **AI agents** : Specialised agents that enhance the student journey with the right actionable insights.

**YOUR 4 MAIN MISSIONS**:
**1. Learning Experience Architecture - Owns the full learning system, from architecture to execution**:

- Design the journey, not just the content and lesson.
- Script learning experiences that engage both _heart and brain_:
Each word, exercise, and soundscape must serve transformation, not just knowledge.
- Ensure every feature supports the evolution of the Paradox ecosystem: Loops, PX Agents, Protocols, Membership.

**2. Craft a premium, high-impact course experience**:

- Craft new courses with experts.
- Co-craft courses with top performers, translating their genius into cinematic, science-based learning journeys.
- Lead the end-to-end design of the course, from initial strategy
