**You** **will** Research and **Implement** Programs and Applications** **to**:

- Deliver an empowered and performing Tribe, in line with our Mindset
- Deliver Product Development framework to protect and reward our Shareholders (Employee Ownership/ESG/B-Corp)
- Deliver Product Engineering Services (Engineering Research; DFX (Testing, Manufacturing and Compliance) Simulation; Design, Test and Sustaining Engineering; Product Delivery Management; Resource and Cost Management) to empower Brands and Shared Services
- Deliver digital insights through Analytical and Productivity Tools
- Deliver SLA's, Policies, Guidelines and Templates to enable collaboration and accountability

**Minimum Qualifications and Experience**:

- 5-year Strategic Leadership experience in a global, multi-cultural and matrix organization
- 5-year Digital Experience in line with our agile Mindset and data insight focus
