**Functional Analysts Agile framework**:
HSPI SpA, leader in services such as IT Governance and part of TXT Group, is looking for two Functional Analysts to join and increase a team of Managing Consultant in Rome.

The resource will initially be involved in projects with important customers and will deal with:
Management of software development strategies with Pure Agile frameworks (SCRUM, SAFe, LEAN Agile) Waterfall framework, or hybrid frameworks;
Skill Assessment e and design of SW life-cycle instruments as per indication of Demand and Project&Portfolio Management;
Support with configuration, developement and SW integration tests.

**Requirements**:
Engineering, IT, Mathematics or other relevant faculties;
Experience in the activities indicated above, ideally in consulting firms (in industries such as Energy & Utility, Finance, Public Administration, Health, etc.);
Excellent knowledge of data analysis and requirements collection;
Ability in outputting detailed specifics as per the the requirements collected;
Good knowledge of the English language.
Perfect command of spoken and written Italian language is essential for this role.

**Nice to have**:
Knowledge of business analysis and process analysis towards continuous imrovement;
Knowledge of Demand e Project&Portfolio Management (Service Now);
Good knowledge of SW life-cycle instruments (Suite Atlassian);
The profile is completed by excellent analytical and relational skills, precision, organizational autonomy and a strong orientation for teamwork and the achievement of results.

Entry level and remuneration will be commensurate on the basis of actual experience and seniority gained.
