TECHNICAL SPECIALIST

Il ruolo comprende le seguenti attività:

- Supporto tecnico alle attività del Call Center per la gestione della problematica con l’end user;
- Valutazione/autorizzazione delle richieste di sostituzione prodotto inbound dalla rete di assistenza;
- Consultazione e utilizzo della documentazione técnica su sistemi informatici aziendali (esplosi, schemi elettrici, liste parti di ricambio);
- Interfaccia diretta con il main supplier per il recupero di informazioni tecniche;
- Coordinamento con il team interno per la gestione delle attività correlate al service.

Si richiedono le seguenti competenze:

- Background tecnico preferibilmente nel settore eldom, con focus sul servizio di assistenza;
- Dimestichezza nell’impiego di App per dispositivi mobile;
- Conoscenza del pacchetto Office, in particolare Excel;
- Ottime capacità espositive e relazionali;
- Organizzazione del proprio lavoro in autonomia e nel rispetto delle scadenze;
- Capacità di lavoro per obiettivi.

Trattamento economico: CCNL Commercio - Inquadramento: 2°/3° livello

Orario: Full-Time: 9.00-18.00
