Key responsibilities for this role include:
- Manage Standard Operating Procedures of the site and assure compliance with global policies and support QA manager in maintaining Quality Manual and Food Safety Management System Manual
- Conduct batch quality oversight, transport temperature check, artwork check, batch record revision
- Support QA Specialist and Manager in maintaining quality compliance of food supplements
- Support QA Specialist and Manager in maintaining compliance of the Quality Management System to ISO13485:2016, ISO9001:2015 and food supplement management standards
- Support QA Specialist and Manager in collecting data for management review
- Manage electronic and paper files storage related all the activities performed
- Collaborates on launch monitoring of products and give support to Supply Chain and Affiliates to meet launch date
- Support Quality manager in monitoring implementation of CAPAs in due time
- Interaction with Affiliates/TPMs for supporting/managing investigations related to complaints
- Perform other duties as assigned.
The minimum qualifications for this role are:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree preferably in Scientific Field (or equivalent) and a 2+ years experience. However, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration. Previous experience as Quality Assurance Officer would be an asset
- Knowledge of ISO13485:2015 and ISO9001:2015 standards
- Experience in the food supplement field would be an asset
- Must possess knowledge of Quality Assurance and a good knowledge of Pharmaceutical Market
- Must possess analytics and decision-making ability, speed and autonomy in working. Teamwork and cooperation. Good relationship and networking; ability to solve problems with complex variables through non-standardized solutions that require independent judgment and analysis
- Management of complexity and ability to give the right priority
- Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing English and Italian is required
- We offer a fixed term contract for a Maternity Leave Replacement.
