Junior Archivist

**Posizione**:
ACPV is looking for a **Junior Archivist** to be included in our _Standard and Records Unit_ of **Digital & Design Technology** department.

The role involves a variety of tasks, including:

- Supporting the organization, protection, and maintenance of both digital and physical records
- Organizing and classifying archival materials
- Assisting in the preservation and management of documents and objects
- Contributing to the development and maintenance of systems for electronic records
- Assisting with ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Supporting the development and implementation of records management systems
- Assisting in the creation, storage, retrieval, and disposal of records
- Providing support to team members and contributing to the overall effectiveness of the records management program

**Requisiti**:

- Bachelor's degree in Archival Studies and / or Degree from Scuola di Archivistica, Paleografia e Diplomatica degli Archivi di Stato or equivalent diplomas
- Familiarity with national and international archival standards
- Comprehensive knowledge of records and information management theories, principles and practices, including classification and retention scheduling, preferably in a local government environment
- Experience in project management is considered an asset
- A data-driven mindset with a strong affinity for digital environments, data analytics, and analytical approaches is considered a plus

**Software**:

- Advanced knowledge of Office tools
- Basic knowledge of formats, media and information systems
- Experience in Arianna software would be considered an asset
