CX Business Intelligence Data Analyst

The Customer Experience global team is focused on fostering a Customer Centric mindset by defining and executing the Global Customer Experience strategy identifying key CX metrics for tracking experience quality, satisfaction, and loyalty through all the different steps of the Customer Journey defined by the Company.
CX Business Intelligence Analyst & Reporting

The role of the CX Business Intelligence Data Analyst is to collaborate with regional stakeholders to manage and prioritize reporting. Works closely with the regional business leads to provide insights/intelligence to action and improve customer satisfaction. Accountable for the creation and execution of monthly reports and monthly qualitative & quantitative reports.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Monthly review of the CX Region Reports
- Perform an analysis on the Product NPS, Customer NPS and Dealer NPS.
- Look for areas of CX improvement by analyzing data, identifying trends, and partnering with internal regional teams.
- Perform statistical analysis and visualization techniques to provide data driven insights and actionable recommendations
- Present findings and recommendations accurately with clear takeaways

YOUR KEY COMPETENCES AND QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, Statistics or Marketing with concentration in Market Research and 3 years of experience
- Qualitative and Quantitative research experience
- Strong analytical & report writing skills
- Experience working with Business Intelligence tools (e.g Qliksense)
- Proficient in the use of MS Office suite (Word, Power Point, Excel, Access)
- Well-motivated, well organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent team player and able to interact proactively with different internal stakeholders at all levels of the organization
