Inquiry to Order (ITO) Quality Manager - Gas Technology & Equipment

As part of Industrial & Energy Technology (IET) business segment, we are creating solutions at the heart of industrial productivity for customer within energy technology sector.
This role is part of Gas Technology Equipment business, delivering highly efficient mechanical and electric cutting-edge technology for turbines, compressors, generators and more.

**You will be responsible for**:
- Timely analyze customer quality requirements during Inquiry to Order (ITO) phase, supporting Commercial team during preparation of proposals and negotiation with customer, providing relevant C&Es, quotation and additional documentation required to finalize the proposal with customer.
- Acting as Quality SME during customer negotiation meetings or customer qualification audits.
- Highlighting and detecting risks providing relevant mitigation or engaging proper functional stakeholders to address them
- Sharing upcoming projects outlook, complexity, and risk scenario with Order To Remittance Quality Team on periodic basis.
- Driving and supporting initiative for simplification and process improvement during Inquiry to Order (ITO) Phase.
- Monitoring Inquiry to Order (ITO) Quality performance with appropriate metrics and KPI, striving operational excellence.
- Maintaining Inquiry to Order (ITO) quality control plans for proposal up to date and develop new models as required.
- Serving as Quality functional expert for Learned Lessons to Inquiry to Order (ITO).
**Fuel your passion**
**To be successful in this role you will**:
- Have an appropriate level qualification in Project Management, Engineering or Quality Management, or equivalent experience (bachelor's or master's Degree is recommended).
- Have significant proven experience in Project Quality Management in Oil & Gas with a good knowledge of Turbomachinery/Plants products and relevant BH Quality Standards.
- Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills, being Fluent in both English and Italian, able to master presentations with customer or internal stakeholders.
- Be proficient in negotiation and influencing skills, with a proven expertise in customer management
- Have a self-starter attitude, being able to identify goals, develop plans, manage multiple stakeholders, tasks and priorities at the same time, leveraging good teamwork, analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Be Available to travel on short notice to visit customer or Baker Hughes locations
- Have Quality auditor training & qualification (desired)
