**OPERATION DIRECTOR**

**La figura seguirà le seguenti attività**:

- Definire e implementare le strategie aziendali, finalizzare al raggiungimento degli obiettivi di fatturato e redditività;
- Garantire l’efficacia e l’efficienza dei processi aziendali;
- Coordinare e supervisionare tutte le funzioni aziendali (Produzione, Ufficio Tecnico, Acquisti, Vendite, Qualità, Logistica, Finanza e Amministrazione, Ricerca e sviluppo);
- Sviluppare nuove opportunità di business;
- Eseguire le decisioni del CDA trasmettendo le decisioni a tutti i dipendenti dell’organizzazione, attraverso una comunicazione chiare e semplice;
- Curare i rapporti con gli Stakeholders esterni;
- Curare i rapporti con le organizzazioni sindacali;
- Selezionare, formare e sviluppare le risorse interne all’organizzazione;
- Risolvere le questioni legali in cui è coinvolta l’azienda attraverso la nomina avvocati e periti.

**Requisiti**:

- Laurea in ingegneria / economia / giurisprudenza;
- Pregressa esperienza nel ruolo di Operation Director;
- Conoscenza approfondita del pacchetto Office;
- Conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese;
- Conoscenza del settore energia;
- Ottime capacità di leadership e di comunicazione;
- Completano il profilo capacità organizzative, problem solving, orientamento al risultato, capacità relazionali e creative.
