Among the European leaders in Enterprise Risk Management and Wealth & Asset Management solutions, Prometeia is looking for an analyst for its Market and Financial Intermediaries Analysis team. **MAIN TASKS** - **Prototyping tools**: design and develop forecasting, risk, valuation, and optimization models to be integrated into proprietary software solutions. - **Business translation**: collaborate with the financial engineering and software development teams to translate analytical models into proprietary software solutions. - **Solution testing**: testing models and methodologies in terms of alignment to business requirements and technical performance, addressing debugging, and ensuring accuracy and reliability of the final implementation. - **Documentation**: arrange AI-driven product documentation related to methodologies and underlying calculation processes. **EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE** - Master's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or related fields. - At least 2 years of experience in financial analysis or modeling. - Ability to clearly communicate results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Strong programming skills with Python. - Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint. - Knowledge of models in the risk management and financial planning field is preferred. **SOFT SKILLS** - Strong sense of ownership and accountability for assigned tasks and deliverables. - Aptitude for problem-solving and good communication. - Excellent teamwork aptitude. **LOCATION** Bologna **WHAT WE OFFER** COMPENSATION, WELFARE & BENEFIT Our history, as well as our future, is based on the value of our people.
