Rotating Components Service Cell Leader

As Service Cell Leader you will manage the daily operations of the cell to ensure reliability and consistency on the production lines. This includes RC Special Processes areas. You will impact approaches, projects and programs in the functional area or affected business organization and ways of working. You will impact quality, efficiency and effectiveness of own team and you will have significant input into priorities. The role has moderate autonomy, requiring high levels of operational judgment.

**Essential Responsabilities**
- Running the cell using FLIGHT DECK systematic approach to deliver exceptional value as measured through the eyes of external and internal customers
- Provide leadership (Act with Humility, Lead with Transparency, and Deliver with Focus) in the areas of staff selection, training and development, facility planning and construction, process, and procedure implementation
- Responsible for achieving business goals: safety, quality, delivery and costs
- Promoting and driving continuous improvement approach using Flightdeck methodology and provide process method excellence throughout the organization
- Lead team and supporting functions to achieve goals in asset utilization, process / manufacturing loss improvement, delivered quality and cost reduction
- Ensure communication of key business / customer issues to employees
- Interface with other organizations to assure requirements are met on time
- Provide ongoing supervision and counseling for employees, guiding them in the current position and assisting with career development and training
- Work with functional leaders, and internal staff to meet production and product support requirements
- Facilitate the leadership team in decision-making and problem solving and provide effective communication across the plant

**Qualifications/Requirements**
- Master’s degree in mechanical, aeronautical or industrial engineering
- Previous experience as people leader in operations environment
- Knowledge of product and processes for aerospace components
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Soft and hard capacity analysis skill
- Demonstrated ability to manage and assign tasks/priorities to a successful completion
- Ability to anticipate customer needs and ensure that they are met
- Good English and fluent Italian, oral and written
- Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required
