As a Project Office Specialist you will work with the project management team to contribute to the development and delivery of a range of semiconductor products for smart and efficient energy generation, transmission, storage, and use.

In your new role you will:

- **Support our international project management team **;
- Prepare **analyses of basic project data **(e.g. milestones and costs) and **data visualizations **;
- **Setup projects and maintain data **to ensure high data integrity in our state of the art **project management software tools **;
- Contribute to **pipeline planning **and the **preparation of project status reports **;
- **Interact with several other departments and functions **.

You have strong organizational and communication skills, and you enjoy collaborating with multiple stakeholders. You like to take initiative, are open minded, analytical and can work both in teams and independently.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- **A Bachelor Degree **in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Business Management or equivalent field;
- A high level of proficiency in **MS Excel and MS PowerPoint **;
- Knowledge in **Visual Basic Macro programming **would be a plus;
- Know-how in **Project Management or working in projects **would be a plus;
- The ability to work with various interfaces independently;
- **Fluent in Italian and English **.
