Warranty Supervisor

**Role Summary**:
Flowserve is looking for a Warranty Supervisor. In this role, you will be will be responsible of customer care team. Mission of the customer care team is to provide best possible solutions and maximize customer satisfaction. You will be reporting to the Quality and CI Leader and you will be collaborating with all departments (Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, etc ) to define and implement required solutions.
**Responsibilities & Requirements**:
- Promote improvement initiatives, including Kaizen, lesson learned and RISQ, to prevent future claims and aim to operational excellence
- Chair the customer care review meeting (weekly)
- Collaborate with Aftermarket team (Desio & Marcianise) for claims related to Parts & Service.
- Promote new business aftermarket opportunities
- Review customer care expenses to achieve the assigned budget
- Contract review & project management
**Preferred Experience / Skills**: For this role, you will need:
- Good technical knowledge of pump fundamentals
- Ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal formats.
- Be able to communicate with people from various cultures and nations.
- Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office package and Oracle Application)
- Good English
- Full availability to travel
- Customer focus
- Problem solving
- Negotiation skills
