**Job Description**:
**THE COMPANY**
- Pharmaceutical Multinational Company**SPECIALIST MS&T PROJECTS**

**TASKS**
- Acquires technical knowledge of the manufacturing processes of the products to be transferred, with particular attention to the equipment used, the operating flows, the process parameters, the critical attributes of quality and the production routings
- Defines the strategy of the technical tests necessary to transfer and optimize production processes, coordinating with the R&D departments and the production departments involved
- Prepares the technical documentation to support the department's activities
- Defines the times, resources and budget of the individual transfer or process optimization projects, sharing them with the Manufacturing Science & Technology Director
- Follows the progress of activities, constantly monitoring the timing and available budget
- At the end of each project, he is responsible for the collection, verification and archiving of the technical reference documentation
- Defines the technical documentation to be submitted to support the regulatory changes to adapt the dossiers according to any changes introduced in the process, coordinating with the functions involved
- Acquires technical knowledge on equipment and performs/cooperates in technical trials necessary to evaluate the right technology/equipment to be selected and installed in the group’s plants

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Degree in CTF, Chemistry or Pharmacy are mandatory
- Experience of at least 5 years in the pharmaceutical industry, in particular in production departments of oral solids (bulk and packaging) and / or in the pharmaceutical technology laboratory and / or R&D laboratory,
- Fluent English
- Excellent interpersonal and teamworking skills, strong leadership skills
- Adequate project management skills
- Problem solving orientation
- Full willingness to travel
- Excellent knowledge of IT tools and software
