**Job Title**: Agriculture Manager
**Location**: On-site - Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (occasional travel to Bucharest)
**Contract**: Full-time, Minimum 2-Year Renewable
**Start Date**: Mid-June 2025

**Overview**:
We are seeking an experienced Agriculture Manager to oversee the full operations of multiple agricultural estates in a highly confidential and high-standard environment. The role requires a strategic, hands-on professional capable of leading day-to-day farming activities, managing staff, and ensuring productivity and quality across all areas of agricultural output.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage daily operations across crop and livestock farming activities
- Develop and implement long-term agricultural strategies and plans
- Oversee procurement, budgeting, and inventory of agricultural resources
- Supervise and train farm staff and ensure high team performance
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
- Operate and maintain farm infrastructure, machinery, and systems
- Use digital tools and technologies to increase operational efficiency
- Monitor crop health, soil conditions, pests, and disease control
- Ensure quality control across all agricultural products and outputs
- Maintain detailed records, reports, and documentation as required
- Perform additional tasks as requested by senior management

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agricultural Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in agricultural management or similar role
- Strong leadership and organizational skills in managing multi-site operations
- Proficient in modern farm technologies and digital management systems
- Practical knowledge of machinery, irrigation, and propagation systems
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
- **EU passport required** (for travel and relocation purposes)

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Arabic language skills
- Knowledge of Middle Eastern agricultural practices
- Experience in scientific irrigation, plant propagation, or arid-environment farming

**Employment Details**:

- Contract: Full-time, renewable after initial 2 years
- Working Days: 6 days per week (flexible schedule for senior profiles)
- Start Date: Mid-June 2025 (interviews scheduled around June 17)
- Location: On-site in Abu Dhabi, UAE, with occasional travel to Bucharest
