- High school diploma
- Discreet, proactive and communicative personality
- Organizational skills, attitude to problem solving
- Ability to work under pressure, respecting deadlines and objectives in a short time
- Ability to work simultaneously on a large number of projects
- Mastery of written and spoken English. Second language preference
In-depth knowledge of the Office package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Responsibilities and Tasks:

- Management of technical documentation with suitable programs
- Control / correction of technical documentation and manuals related to the plants
- Support during the organization of national and international meetings and meetings
- Verification of the formal congruence of the documentation produced by the Vendor
disciplines with company procedures and the contract in close coordination with the
technical disciplines
- Control and issue documents according to quality standards
- Registration, issue and distribution of documents to the recipients involved (via
- Real-time update of the status of technical documentation to customers, suppliers,
and sites

- Assistance for foreign customers
- Organization and development of end-of-plant collections according to company
standards
