**Our Interbrand Milan office is looking for an intern to join the Growth team and support Client Management** **and Business Development.**

You will support our senior team members in ensuring proper operational oversight for all client interfaces.

Your responsibilities include working with the Growth Team on day-to-day tasks according to business priorities ensuring that regular communication occurs based on the needs of the work. You will work both on organic client development and new business activities.

You will work in a collaborative environment, dedicated to producing innovative, strategic and creative solutions.

**Primary job responsibilities**:

- Creating and maintaining clear lines of communication with clients and internal teams (e.g., ensures that any insight / finding is timely and effectively transferred to team members)
- Support of the development of new proposals, pitches and presentations demonstrating a clear understanding of the business
- Collaborates with Strategy and Design & Experience teams ensuring that project team meetings take place regularly
- Writes timing plans, clear and concise contact reports, statuses, etc.
- Takes care of project billing each month, partnering with senior team members and Finance (project management)
- Supports new business and events’ organization
- Writing briefs and project case studies
- Assisting in assessing new business opportunities

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Graduate/Undergraduate in Marketing/Economics/Management/Communication or any other relevant field
- Curricular internships - mandatory agreement with the university. Extracurricular internships will also be valued.
- Fluency in both Italian and English (written and verbal)
- Proficient command of MS Office is required, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Very strong analytical skills and high attention to details
- Curious, passionate, proactive and goal-oriented team player
- Excellent communication, collaboration and organizational skills
- Availability for 6-months internship
- Previous experience in similar roles and/or in Branding Consultancies and/or agencies environments is a plus
