We are seeking an experienced **Site Reliability Engineering Manager** to join our Infrastructure team.

You will mentor and guide a team to ensure system reliability, scalability, and operational excellence. You will collaborate with engineering teams to design secure, resilient systems while fostering best practices in incident management, monitoring, and automation.

Additionally, you will drive key reliability metrics, align reliability goals with business needs, and support the professional growth of team members through coaching and mentorship.

**You Will Be Responsible For**:

- Leading and mentoring an SRE team to ensure reliability, scalability, and operational excellence.
- Collaborating with engineering teams to design and maintain resilient, secure systems.
- Guiding the team in building and fostering best practices for incident management, monitoring, and automation.
- Driving the team in developing and strengthening key reliability metrics like SLOs, SLIs, and error budgets.
- Promoting a strong engineering culture focused on continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
- Managing stakeholder relationships and aligning reliability goals with business needs.
- Advocating modern, agile software development and operational best practices.
- Supporting the professional growth of each team member by setting clear business and development goals.
- Establishing and maintaining personal growth plans tailored to individual career aspirations.
- Providing regular feedback, coaching, and mentorship to help engineers advance in their careers.
- Creating an inclusive and supportive environment that encourages learning and collaboration.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or infrastructure roles.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud platforms and automation tools.
- Expertise in incident response, observability, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Ability to lead teams, mentor engineers, and build a strong operational culture.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in an agile development environment and delivering high-quality software.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Track record of leading large-scale reliability initiatives.
- Deep knowledge of microservices, fault-tolerant architectures, and disaster recovery.
- Hands on experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Datadog, Cloudflare
