I Nostri Ristoranti sono oggi dislocati tra Emilia Romagna, Veneto, Lombardia e Toscana e abbiamo un importante piano di sviluppo che porterà nuove aperture nel corso dei prossimi mesi.
**Posizione**:
La risorsa, rispondendo direttamente all’AD, sarà responsabile di supportare il piano strategico delle nuove aperture, estremamente ambizioso e sfidante data la crescita importante che sta vivendo l'Azienda, attraverso la creazione di una propria rete di contatti, l’analisi di geomarketing e lo scouting delle location.
Nello specifico si occuperà di:
- Stabilire l’action plan e le strategie commerciali di sviluppo rispetto agli obiettivi di budget;
- Analizzare, attraverso attività di market intelligence, le stime dei dati di vendita del mercato di riferimento e dei maggiori competitors per identificare le migliori location;
- Pianificare, definire e gestire le negoziazioni commerciali con i potenziali partner e seguire la gestione di tutte le fasi di contrattualizzazione con il supporto dei Dipartimenti competenti;
- Verificare la pre-fattibilità dei progetti richiesti in termini di costi benefici, analizzando il P&L previsionale valutandone la coerenza rispetto ai piani di sviluppo della rete;
- Collaborare alla realizzazione delle analisi di geo-marketing;
- Gestire con il supporto della propria squadra le trattative per l’acquisizione, in affitto o in acquisto;
- Coordinare e definire gli obiettivi del team di sviluppo.
**Requisiti**:
Possiede buone doti organizzative, un forte orientamento al risultato, comprovate capacità negoziali ed una consistente autorevolezza.
La disponibilità ad effettuare frequenti trasferte sul territorio CENTRO SETTENTRIONALE ed una buona conoscenza della lingua inglese completano il profilo.
