**Posizione**
La figura, inserita all’interno dell’ufficio tecnico e interfacciandosi con le diverse sezioni aziendali, riporterà al responsabile After Sales e si occuperà delle attività di assistenza al cliente, prevalentemente da remoto, in merito a problematiche o richieste di approfondimento sui prodotti. In particolare:

- Gestione delle richieste post-vendita dei clienti (interventi su non conformità, chiarimenti tecnici);
- Supporto al cliente dopo la consegna dell’attuatore e gestione delle problematiche correlate;
- Risposta alle richieste tecniche sul funzionamento delle macchine;
- Organizzazione delle squadre service (composte da 2 trasfertisti);
- Riscontro ai report di non conformità cliente;
- Gestione delle call con clienti italiani ed esteri;
- Redazione di report tecnici.

**Requisiti**
- Titolo accademico ad indirizzo tecnico;
- Esperienza di almeno un anno in ambito tecnico o commerciale, preferibilmente nei settori Oil & Gas o affini, con conoscenze di oleodinamica e pneumatica;
- Ottime soft skills;
- Conoscenza della lingua inglese a livello non inferiore al B2;
- Competenze tecniche in oleodinamica, pneumatica ed elettrica;
- Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office.

- Contratto a tempo indeterminato con RAL commisurata all’esperienza e possibilità di crescita professionale;
- Buoni pasto da 8 €;
